Overview
HT-2000P spring tensile and compression testing machine is a special testing equipment produced by HBO, which is used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. The instrument is suitable for working load testing of tensile and compression springs under a certain working length.

Principle
The testing machine uses High Accuracy Sensor to collect data by measuring the deformation and load relationship of the spring during stretching or compression, and displays the test results in real time through the LCD screen, and has data storage and processing functions.

Steps
1. Install the spring on the testing machine
2. Set the upper and lower limit alarm values
3. Select the test unit (N, kgf, or lbf)
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically records the deformation and load relationship
5. Review peak hold data after the test is complete
6. Can be connected to the computer through serial communication for data processing
Notice
• Ensure that the free length of the spring does not exceed 150mm
• Check whether the diameter of the pressure plate fits the tested spring before the test
• Note that the effective Travel does not exceed 135mm
• The maximum pressure space does not exceed 430mm
• The maximum pull space does not exceed 280mm
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure +/- 0.5% accuracy
