Overview
HBO HDT-S-500 new horizontal machine is designed for HF series and HG series matching High Accuracy load test bench. This product adopts high torque stepper motor, High Accuracy encoder, super large touch screen, built-in double column structure, with good stability, wide application range, beautiful appearance, easy to use, and has a series of functions such as speed, displacement controllable, manual (point movement), automatic, automatic control of the number of movements, and in-place delay.

8. In the fully automatic programming mode, 5 different test shifts and 5 different test speeds can be customized, making it convenient to complete the test quickly
9. Force holding function: to the specified position or set the force value, the holding time can be freely set (Force Gauge is required)
10. Set force value round-trip function: set force value round-trip movement, force value setting, holding time, and number of movements can be freely set (Force Gauge is required)
11. Pull and break and stop function: After the force on the tested object disappears, it will stop immediately (Force Gauge is required)
Principle
This product adopts electric loading mode, driven by high-torque stepper motor, combined with High Accuracy encoder for displacement and speed control, to achieve accurate push-pull load, insertion force, failure test and other tests.
