Overview
HBO HDT-S-1K new horizontal machine is designed for HF series and HG series matching High Accuracy load test bench. This product adopts high torque stepper motor, High Accuracy encoder, super large touch screen, built-in double column structure, with good stability, wide application range, beautiful appearance, easy to use, and has a series of functions such as speed, displacement controllable, manual (point movement), automatic, automatic control of the number of movements, and in-place delay.

7. Provide automatic counting, automatic timing, expansion rate testing, fully automatic programming, and various test modes
8. In the fully automatic programming mode, 5 different test shifts and 5 different test speeds can be customized, making it convenient to complete the test quickly
9. Force holding function: to the specified position or set the force value, the holding time can be freely set (Force Gauge is required)
10. Set force value round-trip function: set force value round-trip movement, force value setting, holding time, and number of movements can be freely set (Force Gauge is required)
11. Pull and break and stop function: After the force on the tested object disappears, it will stop immediately (Force Gauge is required)
Principle
This product adopts electric loading mode, driven by high-torque stepper motor, combined with High Accuracy encoder to achieve accurate control of displacement and speed. Parameter setting and real-time monitoring are carried out through a large touch screen to realize test functions such as push-pull load, plug-in force, and damage test.

Steps
1. Connect AC 220V 50/60HZ power supply
2. Set the running speed, displacement and other parameters through the oversized 7-inch touch LCD screen
3. Select manual (pointing), automatic or fully automatic programming mode
4. Start the test and monitor the displacement, running speed and moving direction in real time
5. According to the test requirements, delay hold, reverse run or immediate stop can be set
6. After completing the test, check the results such as automatic counting, timing, or scaling rate
Notice
• Force holding function, set force value round-trip motion function and pull and break stop function need to be equipped with Force Gauge
• Make sure the power supply is AC 220V 50/60HZ
• Check the dimensions and weight of the equipment before operation to ensure stable installation
• Follow the speed setting error range: 10-200mm/min +/- 1mm, 200-800mm/min +/- 0.5%
• Note that the moving displacement error is 0.1mm to ensure the test accuracy
