BOZHEN DHG-9145A Benchtop blast drying oven adopts professional numerical control processing equipment to produce, for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions such as drying, baking wax melting, sterilizing effect.
Features
1. The inside of the box is made of brushed stainless steel argon arc welding, and the outside of the box is made of good steel plate, which is beautiful and novel in appearance.
2. Adopt a microcomputer temperature controller with temperature control protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control (optional intelligent LCD program temperature controller).
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of fans and suitable air ducts that can operate continuously at high temperatures, and the temperature in the working room is uniform.
4. Independent temperature limit alarm, automatic interruption when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the safe conduct of the experiment without accidents (optional).
5. With RS485 interface, it can be connected to a recorder and a computer, capable of recording changes in temperature and humidity parameters (optional).
Principle
The temperature is precisely controlled by a microcomputer temperature controller, combined with the hot air circulation system composed of a fan and an air duct, which runs continuously at high temperature to ensure uniform temperature in the working room and realizes functions such as drying, baking, melting wax, and sterilizing.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and time.
2. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work.
3. Monitor temperature changes to ensure they are within the set range.
4. After the timing expires, the device will automatically stop or shut down manually.
Notice
• Power frequency is 220V 50HZ before use.
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5~ 40 ℃.
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment to avoid overheating.
• Optional functions such as independent temperature limit alarm and RS485 interface need to be configured according to actual needs.
