BOZHEN DHG-9920A vertical blast drying oven adopts professional numerical control processing equipment production, for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions for drying, baking wax melting, sterilizing effect.
Features
1. The inside of the box is made of brushed stainless steel argon arc welding, and the outside of the box is made of good steel plate, which is beautiful and novel in appearance.
2. Adopt a microcomputer temperature controller with temperature control protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control (optional intelligent LCD program temperature controller).
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of fans and suitable air ducts that can operate continuously at high temperatures, and the temperature in the working room is uniform.
4. Independent temperature limit alarm, automatic interruption when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the safe conduct of the experiment without accidents (optional).
5. With RS485 interface, it can be connected to a recorder and a computer, capable of recording changes in temperature and humidity parameters (optional).
Principle
Through the hot air circulation system, it is composed of a fan that can operate continuously at high temperature and a suitable air duct to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the working room, and the temperature is precisely controlled by a microcomputer temperature controller.

Steps
1. Set the temperature parameters of the microcomputer temperature controller.
2. Set the Timer Range (1~ 9999min).
3. Start the equipment for drying, baking wax melting or sterilizing operations.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 40 ℃.
• When the temperature exceeds the limit, the device will automatically interrupt to ensure safety.
• Optional independent temperature limit alarm and RS485 interface function, which need to be configured according to requirements.
