Features
1. The inside of the box is made of brushed stainless steel argon arc welding, and the outside of the box is made of good steel plate, which is beautiful and novel in appearance.
2. Adopt a microcomputer temperature controller with temperature control protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control (optional intelligent LCD program temperature controller).
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of fans and suitable air ducts that can operate continuously at high temperatures, and the temperature in the working room is uniform.
4. Independent temperature limit alarm, automatic interruption when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the safe conduct of the experiment without accidents (optional).
5. With RS485 interface, it can be connected to a recorder and a computer, capable of recording changes in temperature and humidity parameters (optional).
Principle
Through the hot air circulation system, it is composed of a fan that can operate continuously at high temperature and a suitable air duct, so that the temperature in the working room is evenly distributed, and the functions of drying, baking, melting wax, and sterilizing are realized.

Steps
1. Set the parameters of the microcomputer temperature controller, including temperature and time.
2. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work.
3. Monitor the operating status to ensure that the temperature fluctuations are within the range of +/- 0.5 ° C.
4. After the timing expires, the device automatically stops or shuts down manually.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be between 5 and 40 ℃.
• Power frequency is 220V 50HZ before use.
• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the box to maintain hygiene.
• Optional functions such as independent temperature limit alarm and RS485 interface require additional configuration.
• Avoid operating beyond the control range of RT + 10~ 300 ° C to prevent damage to the equipment.
