BOZHEN DHG-9140A vertical blast drying oven is a drying equipment produced by professional numerical control processing equipment. This product is used for drying, baking, melting wax and sterilizing in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc.

Principle
The drying oven precisely sets and controls the temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller. The internal heating element generates heat, which is driven by a high temperature resistant fan, and forms a forced hot air circulation through a scientifically designed air duct, so that the hot air flows evenly and continuously inside the studio, so as to achieve uniform drying, baking or sterilizing of items.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated environment.
2. Connect the power supply (DHG-9140A model is 220V 50HZ).
3. Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the standard shelf, and then close the box door.
4. Set the required operating temperature (RT + 10~ 300 ℃) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through the microcomputer temperature controller.
5. Start the equipment, fan, and heating system to start working.
6. During the working process, the internal situation can be viewed through the observation window.
7. After the timing is over, the device automatically stops heating, or enters a thermostatic state after reaching the set temperature.
8. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and wait until the temperature in the box approaches room temperature before opening the door to remove the items.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a drying, ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Ambient Temperature is recommended between 5 and 40 ° C.
• The items in the box should not be placed too tightly, and space should be left to facilitate hot air circulation.
• Prohibit stoving flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive substances.
• When taking and placing items, please pay attention to high temperature to avoid burns.
• When the equipment is working, do not open the door for a long time to avoid affecting the thermostatic effect.
• When cleaning the box, please disconnect the power supply, wipe it with a soft cloth, and do not rinse it directly with water.
• If the temperature limit alarm function is selected, please ensure that it works normally before conducting unattended experiments.
