BOZHEN DZF-6090 Vacuum oven is designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analyze and easy-to-oxidize substances. It can be filled with inert gas and is especially suitable for rapid drying of complex items. The equipment is suitable for drying heat treatment in industrial and mining enterprises, medical schools, R & D institutions under vacuum conditions.

Principle
Vacuum oven creates a vacuum environment in a closed space, reduces the boiling point of substances, and can be filled with inert gas to protect sensitive substances. Combined with precise temperature control, it realizes rapid drying treatment of heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio
2. Close the box door and adjust the closing tightness
3. Start the device and set the required temperature parameters
4. Fill the interior with inert gas as required
5. Start vacuum drying
6. After the processing is completed, turn off the equipment and take out the items according to the procedures

• Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of + 5~ 40 ℃
• Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain Vacuum Levels
• Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid burns
