Overview
BOZHEN DZF-6021 Vacuum oven is designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It can fill the interior with inert gas, especially suitable for rapid drying of some items with complex compositions. It is suitable for drying heat treatment in industrial and mining enterprises, medical schools, R & D institutions under vacuum conditions.
Features
1. Cuboid studio design, effective volume utilization, equipped with a microcomputer temperature controller, accurate and reliable temperature control.
2. Adopt tempered bulletproof double-decked Glass door, which is convenient for observing objects in the studio and can be filled with inert gas into the interior.
3. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and the silicone rubber door sealing ring is integrally formed to ensure a high Vacuum Level in the box.
4. The studio is made of well-brushed stainless steel plate to ensure the durability of the product.
Principle
Vacuum oven by lowering the low boiling point in vacuum conditions, so that heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances at a lower temperature rapid drying, while filling inert gas to prevent oxidation, to achieve safe and efficient drying treatment.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio.
2. Adjust the closure of the box door to ensure sealing.
3. Set the microcomputer temperature controller parameters.
4. Start the equipment for vacuum drying.
5. After drying, turn off the equipment and remove the items.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of + 5~ 40 ℃.
• Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
• Power frequency check before use to meet 220V 50HZ requirements.
Avoid operating equipment in humid or corrosive environments.
