BOZHEN DZF-6052 Vacuum oven is designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analyze and easy-to-oxidize substances. It can be filled with inert gas and is especially suitable for rapid drying of complex items. Principle
Vacuum oven creates a vacuum environment, reduces the boiling point of substances, and implements rapid drying with a temperature control system. Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio
2. Close the box door and adjust the closing tightness
3. Set the required temperature parameters
Step 4 Start the vacuum system
5. Fill with inert gas as required
Step 6 Start drying
7. Turn off the device after processing is complete

• Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of + 5~ 40 ℃
• Please check whether the sealing ring of the box door is in good condition before use
• Pay attention to operation safety when filling with inert gas
• Do not open the box door at will when the equipment is running
• Regularly check the vacuum system performance
