BOZHEN GDJS21 high and low temperature alternating test chamber is a device for high and low temperature reliability test of industrial products. It is suitable for parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, universities, R & D institutions and other related products, and its performance indicators are inspected under various temperature conditions.

Principle
The equipment realizes precise temperature control in a closed working room through a refrigeration system (imported Air-Cooled fully enclosed refrigeration Compressor) and a heating system. The imported programmable Touchscreen thermostat adjusts the refrigeration and heating power through the PID algorithm to achieve the set temperature Linear dispersion and precise control of temperature fluctuations to simulate the reliability of the product in high and low temperature environments.

Steps
1. Connect the 380V/50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature Linear dispersion or constant temperature value through the imported programmable Touchscreen thermostat.
3. Place the sample to be tested in a working room with a size of 1000 * 1000 * 1000mm.
4. Start the equipment, and the equipment will automatically run according to the set program for high and low temperature alternating or constant temperature testing.
5. During the test, the real-time status can be monitored through Touchscreen or computer communication interface.
6. After the test, remove the sample and turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
The input power of the device is 4kW, and it is necessary to ensure that the power supply line meets the requirements.
• Power frequency is 380V/50HZ before use.
• When placing equipment, reserve enough space (dimensions about 1420 * 1390 * 2200mm) and ensure good ventilation.
• Inner chamber material is 304 stainless steel, outer box is cold rolled iron plate lame plating (can choose custom 316L stainless steel), please choose the appropriate material according to the test requirements.
Please check whether the safety protection functions (such as over-temperature, overload protection, etc.) are normal before operation.
Do not frequently open and close the box door when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the Temperature Uniformity (≤ + 2 ℃) and Fluctuation (≤ +/- 0.5 ℃).
• When placing samples, do not block the air duct in the studio to ensure uniform temperature.
The device has a computer communication interface, which can be connected for data monitoring and recording on demand.
