BOZHEN GDJS4005 high and low temperature alternating test chamber is a equipment for high and low temperature reliability test of industrial products. The equipment is suitable for inspection of electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products. Principle
The equipment realizes low temperature environment through imported Air-Cooled fully enclosed refrigeration Compressor and high temperature environment through heating system. Imported programmable Touchscreen temperature controller, combined with PID control algorithm, precisely controls the temperature in the box according to the preset Linear dispersion change to simulate the reliability of the product in high and low temperature alternating environment.

Steps
Connect the device to a 220V/50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature Linear dispersion and parameters through the imported programmable Touchscreen thermostat.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the studio (size: 400 * 350 * 400mm).
4. Start the equipment and start the high and low temperature alternating test.
5. During the test, data can be monitored through a computer communication interface.
6. After the test, remove the sample and turn off the equipment.
Notice
Equipment should be grounded reliably.
• Do not open the box door while the equipment is running to prevent drastic temperature changes.
• When placing samples, do not block the air duct in the studio.
• The equipment has various protection functions such as overtemperature. If the alarm is triggered, please check the cause before using it.
• Regularly check the refrigeration system and electrical components.
• Enclosure Material is standard cold rolled iron sheet lame plating, if there are special needs (such as 316L stainless steel) can choose to customize.
