Overview
BOZHEN GDJS41 high and low temperature alternating test chamber is a device for high and low temperature reliability test of industrial products. It is suitable for parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products, and its performance indicators are inspected under various temperature conditions.

Principle
The device achieves precise temperature control in a closed working room through a refrigeration system (imported Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor) and a heating system. The core control system uses an imported programmable Touchscreen thermostat to adjust the cooling and heating outputs through PID algorithms to achieve the set temperature Linear dispersion, thereby simulating the working state of the product in a high or low temperature environment.

Steps
1. Connect the 380V/50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required high temperature, low temperature or temperature change Linear dispersion through the imported programmable Touchscreen thermostat.
3. Place the sample to be tested in a 1000 * 1000 * 1000mm working room.
4. Start the equipment, and the equipment will automatically run according to the set program to conduct high and low temperature alternating tests.
5. Data can be monitored through Touchscreen or computer communication interface during the test.
6. After the test, remove the sample and perform performance evaluation.
Notice
Equipment should be grounded reliably.
• Do not open and close the door frequently during the operation of the equipment, so as not to affect the Temperature Uniformity.
When placing samples, ensure that the air circulation in the working room is not hindered.
• Regularly check and clean equipment to ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation.
• If the equipment alarms (such as overtemperature, overload, etc.), please stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue to use it after troubleshooting.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
