Overview
BOZHEN GDJS6050 high and low temperature alternating test chamber is a device for high and low temperature reliability test of industrial products. It is suitable for parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products, and its performance indicators are inspected under various temperature conditions.

Principle
The equipment realizes precise temperature control in a closed working room through a refrigeration system (imported Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor) and a heating system. The imported programmable Touchscreen thermostat adjusts the cooling and heating power through the PID algorithm to achieve the set temperature Linear dispersion, and programmatic control of temperature and humidity (if applicable) to simulate the working state of the product in high temperature, low temperature and alternating environment.

Steps
1. Connect the device to a 380V/50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature Linear dispersion or constant temperature value through the imported programmable Touchscreen thermostat.
3. Place the sample to be tested in the studio (size 800 * 700 * 900mm).
4. Start the equipment and run the test program.
5. During the test, the status can be monitored through Touchscreen or computer communication interface.
6. After the test, remove the sample and turn off the equipment.
Notice
• The input power of the device is 8kw, and it is necessary to ensure that the Power frequency is 380V/50HZ and meet the corresponding load requirements.
Equipment comes with multiple safety features, but it still needs to be checked regularly to ensure its effectiveness.
• Inner chamber material is 304 stainless steel (optional custom 316L stainless steel), the outer box is cold-rolled iron plate lame plating, please pay attention to maintenance.
When placing the equipment, make sure that there is enough heat dissipation and maintenance space around its dimensions (1260 * 1070 * 2040mm).
