Overview
BOZHEN GDJS81 high and low temperature alternating test chamber is a kind of equipment for high and low temperature reliability test of industrial products. The equipment is suitable for parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products, and its performance indicators are inspected under various temperature conditions.
Features
1. Imported Air-Cooled fully enclosed refrigeration Compressor.
2. Adopt imported programmable Touchscreen temperature controller, support Linear dispersion control temperature and humidity.
3. Adopt PID control, with minimal temperature fluctuations.
4. Equipped with a computer communication interface.
5. Equipped with multiple safety protection functions, including grounding protection, over-temperature protection, refrigerator overpressure protection, refrigerator overload protection, heater short-circuit protection, etc.
Principle
The equipment realizes accurate high and low temperature environment simulation in a closed working room through the refrigeration system (imported Air-Cooled fully enclosed refrigeration Compressor) and heating system. The control system (imported programmable Touchscreen thermostat) adopts the PID algorithm to precisely control the temperature change according to the setting program Linear dispersion to realize the high and low temperature alternating reliability test of the product.
Applications
Electronics and electricians, automobiles and motorcycles, aerospace, ships and weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions
Standards
GB10592-89 low/high temperature test chamber technical conditions, GB 2423.1 test A: low temperature test method, GB 2423.2 test B: high temperature test method
Steps
1. Connect the 380V/50HZ power supply.
2. Set the desired temperature program through the Touchscreen thermostat Linear dispersion.
3. Place the sample to be tested in the studio.
4. Start the device and run the test program.
5. During the test, data can be monitored through a computer communication interface.
6. After the test is completed, remove the sample and turn off the equipment.
Notice
Equipment needs to be grounded reliably.
• Do not open the box door while the equipment is running to prevent drastic temperature changes from affecting the test or causing injury.
When placing samples, make sure that the air duct in the working room is not blocked to ensure temperature uniformity.
• Regularly check whether the safety protection function of the equipment is normal.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
• Note that the input power of the device is large, and ensure that the power supply line meets the requirements.
