Overview
BOZHEN LRH-70 biochemistry cultivating box is an experimental equipment with fluorine-free design, using brand Compressor and circulating fan, equipped with large LCD screen, easy to operate, high efficiency and low energy consumption. Compared with traditional low temperature equipment, its cooling time is reduced by more than 40%, and it has the characteristics of energy saving, long service life and low noise. It is suitable for research, colleges and production departments such as environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture and livestock, aquatic products, etc. It is a special thermostatic equipment for water analysis, BOD determination and bacteria, mold, microbial foster preservation, plant cultivation and breeding experiments.

4. It is equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system (optional), which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment.
5. With 4~ 20mA standard current signal and RS485 interface (optional), it can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record temperature parameter changes.

Principle
The biochemistry cultivating box achieves precise control of the temperature in the box through a branded Compressor and circulating fan. Using a fuzzy PID intelligent temperature controller, it intelligently adjusts according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature in the box to ensure that the temperature is stable near the set value with little Fluctuation. Its fluorine-free design and efficient refrigeration/heating system achieve rapid cooling and energy-saving operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz) to ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 4~ 35 ℃.
2. Set the required foster temperature (Temperature range 4~ 60 ℃) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through the intelligent digital thermostatic instrument.
3. Adjust the spacing of the shelves in the box as needed.
4. Start the equipment, the Compressor and circulating fan start to work, and the equipment enters the thermostatic operation state.
5. During operation, the real-time temperature can be observed through the LCD screen. If the alarm function is selected, the overtemperature will be automatically interrupted.
6. After the foster is over, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Ambient Temperature should be kept between 4 and 35 ℃.
• Please use the specified 220V 50Hz Power frequency.
The contents of the box should not be placed too densely to avoid affecting the air circulation.
• When cleaning the liner, wipe it with a soft cloth.
• Optional temperature limit alarm system and data interface function, please configure and use correctly as required.
• Regularly run a UV sterilization system (if equipped) for disinfection.
• If not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
