BOZHEN LRH-70F biochemistry cultivating box is a new fluorine-free design experimental equipment, using brand Compressor and circulating fan, equipped with large LCD screen, convenient and efficient operation and low energy consumption. Features
1. Using good mirror stainless steel liner and steel plate spray box, the four-corner half-arc design is easy to clean, and the Shelf spacing in the box is adjustable.
2. Intelligent digital thermostatic instrument, the interface is simple and easy to understand, easy to observe and operate.
3. Equipped with an international professional fuzzy PID intelligent temperature controller, with small temperature fluctuations and support for timing functions (0-9999 minutes).
4. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, overheating is automatically interrupted to ensure the safe operation of the experiment (optional).
5. Provide 4~ 20mA standard current signal and RS485 interface, which can be connected to a recorder and computer to record temperature parameter changes (optional).

Principle
The biochemistry cultivating box achieves precise temperature control through brand Compressor and circulating fan, and uses fuzzy PID intelligent temperature controller to maintain a thermostatic environment with small fluctuations. The ultraviolet sterilization system is regularly disinfected to prevent microbial contamination and ensure the safety and stability of the fostering process.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Turn on the power supply of the device and set the required temperature through the intelligent digital thermostatic instrument (Temperature range 4~ 60 ℃).
3. Adjust the Shelf spacing and shelf in the box as needed.
4. Start the temperature controller and set the timing function (1-9999 minutes) to control the foster time.
5. If optional, connect a recorder or computer to monitor temperature parameters.
6. Regularly use an ultraviolet sterilization system for disinfection.
7. Turn off the power after the experiment and clean the liner and box.

• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 4~ 35 ° C.
• Check whether the Power frequency is 220V 50Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch.
• When overheating, pay attention to whether the independent temperature limit alarm system is started normally (optional function).
• Regularly clean the liner and box to maintain hygiene.
• Avoid blocking the ventilating port during operation to ensure the normal operation of the circulating fan.
