Overview
BOZHEN GHP-9080 Water-Jacketed thermostatic incubator is a water-jacketed thermostatic device with a stainless steel studio and double door structure. It is suitable for Universities & colleges, biology, agriculture, food, quarantine, scientific research and other departments for saving strains, biological foster, life science research and other scientific research experiments.
Features
1. Digital display microcomputer controller with timing function, with over-temperature and abnormal water level sound and light alarm function, automatically stop heating when the water level is low.
2. Water-jacketed heating method and double door structure are adopted. When the inner Glass door is opened, the breeze circulation and heating will automatically stop, and the temperature control will be stable.
3. Stainless steel studio, Water-jacketed heating makes the temperature uniformity good, and can maintain thermostatic for a long time after power failure.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system can automatically interrupt when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
Principle
The incubator heats the environment in the box through a water-jacketed heating system. The microcomputer controller precisely sets and controls the temperature, and uses the water in the water jacket as a thermostatic medium to evenly transfer the heat to the inside of the stainless steel studio, thus maintaining the temperature stability in the box. When the inner Glass door is opened, the system automatically stops heating and breeze circulation to reduce temperature fluctuations.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in a suitable working environment (5 ℃~ 35 ℃) and connected to a 220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Check and ensure that the water jacket level is normal.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 5 ° C to 65 ° C) and timing time (1 to 9999 minutes) through the digital display microcomputer controller.
4. Close the box door and start the equipment to start heating and thermostatic operation.
5. After the experiment, shut down the equipment according to the procedures.
Notice
• When the equipment is running, if the temperature in the box exceeds the set value or the water level of the water jacket is too high or too low, a sound and light alarm will be issued, which needs to be dealt with in time.
• When the water level is low, the device will automatically stop heating, please pay attention to maintaining the appropriate water level.
• When the inner Glass door is opened, the heating and breeze circulation will automatically stop, and the operation can be resumed after closing.
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the specified Ambient Temperature (5 ℃~ 35 ℃).
• Optional independent temperature limit alarm system can automatically interrupt operation when the temperature exceeds the limit, enhancing safety.
