Overview
BOZHEN BZ-8-10TC Pottery and porcelain fiber muffle furnace is an effective energy-saving resistance furnace, using high-temperature refractory fiber vacuum forming products as furnace, mechatronics design, program control, digital display. Its energy saving rate reaches 40%, and it has been tested to meet the national C-class furnace standard.
Features
1. Adopt double-decked furnace shell, hollow insulation, strong ventilated design to ensure that the shell is not hot.
2. Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace is used in the furnace, and the heating element is heated on multiple sides, and the temperature distribution in the furnace cavity is good.
3. It has the characteristics of fast heating speed, significant energy saving, and high work efficiency.
4. The experimental environment for staff can be greatly improved.
5. Provide a variety of control mode options, including value control and program control.
Principle
This product is a resistance furnace, which converts electrical energy into heat energy. Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace and multi-sided heating elements are used, combined with a program control system, to achieve precise control of the temperature in the furnace and uniform heating.
Applications
Laboratory heat treatment, material sintering, ash determination, sample ashing, high temperature experiment
Standards
National C-class furnace standard
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V).
2. Set the desired temperature or select the preset program through the control panel.
3. Start the heating program.
4. After the furnace reaches the set temperature, put the sample into the experiment.
5. After the experiment, turn off the heating and wait for the furnace temperature to naturally chill down or cool down according to the program.
6. Remove the sample and turn off the power.
Notice
• Power frequency (380V) is consistent with equipment requirements.
• The case may heat up when the device is working, do not touch it, and keep the surroundings well ventilated.
When inserting or removing samples, use special tools to avoid burns.
• Do not heat flammable, explosive or toxic items in the furnace.
Equipment should be placed in a stable, drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Regularly check the equipment wiring and furnace condition to ensure safety.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
