Overview
BOZHEN BZ-5-12TC Pottery and porcelain fiber muffle furnace is an effective energy-saving resistance furnace designed by mechatronics. It uses high-temperature refractory fiber vacuum forming products as the furnace tank, program control, digital display, energy saving rate of 40%, tested to meet the national C-class furnace standard.
Features
1. Double-decked furnace shell design, hollow insulation, strong ventilated to ensure that the shell is not hot.
2. Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace is used in the furnace, and the heating element is heated on multiple sides, and the temperature distribution in the furnace cavity is good.
3. It has the characteristics of fast heating speed, significant energy saving and high work efficiency, which can improve the experimental environment.
4. Provide a variety of control modes to choose from, including setting and program control.
Principle
This product is a resistance furnace, which converts electrical energy into heat energy. Pottery and porcelain fiber furnaces and multi-sided heating elements are used, combined with a program control system, to achieve precise control of the temperature in the furnace cavity and uniform heating.
Applications
Laboratory heat treatment, material sintering, ash determination, industrial analysis
Standards
National C-class furnace standard
Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable and well-ventilated table and connect the power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature program or set temperature through the control panel.
3. Put the sample to be processed into the furnace and close the furnace door.
4. Start the heating program, and the equipment will heat up, heat up, and cool down according to the set program.
5. After the procedure is completed, the furnace temperature can be lowered to a safe range before opening the furnace door to remove the sample.
6. After use, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power connection.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Wear protective gear during operation to avoid burns.
• When the furnace body is running at high temperature, the shell may still have heat, so do not touch it.
When inserting and removing samples, ensure that the furnace temperature has been lowered to a safe range.
• Do not heat flammable, explosive or toxic items in the furnace.
• Regularly check the status of power cords and equipment to ensure power safety.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
