Overview
BOZHEN QSXL-1030 atmosphere protection muffle furnace is manufactured according to the national machinery industry JB4311.7-91 standard, the heater shell is made of cold plate and section steel, the shell is sprayed at high temperature, and the back is equipped with an intake and outlet device, which can pass inert gas to prevent high temperature heating of the workpiece from oxidation and decarburization. This heater is suitable for high temperature sintering, quenching and other heat treatment processes that require various gas protection.

Principle
The heater generates high temperature through the heating element, and at the same time inert gas is introduced through the intake and outlet devices on the back surface to form a protective atmosphere to prevent oxidation and decarburization of the workpiece during high temperature heating.

Steps
Step 1 Connect the power supply
