Overview
DGC DHT-100Dplus Leeb hardness tester is a Portable hardness testing instrument, using color screen display, measurement range of 200~ 900HL, can be converted to a variety of hardness standards, suitable for a variety of metal materials hardness testing.
Features
1.320 × 240 color screen display
2. measurement range 200~ 900HL
3. High Accuracy and indication repeability +/- 0.5% (hardness value = 800HL)
4. Meet ASTM A 956 standards
5. Standard configuration D type Sensor, optional DC, DL, D + 15, C and G type Sensor
6. Based on Richter hardness can be converted to Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers, Xiao and other hardness systems
7. Full angle measurement
8. Can store 10,000 averages in 100 folders, data transmission without software or output through Bluetooth printer
9. Multilingual and multinational hardness conversion standards
10. Save power, automatically shut down if it is not operated for 2 minutes
Principle
The hardness gauge is based on the principle of Leeb hardness. Impact force is applied to the surface of the material through the Impact device, and the ratio of the rebound speed to the Impact speed is measured to calculate the hardness value. It can be automatically converted into the Miscellaneous hardness standard.
Applications
Steel and cast steel, alloy tool steel, stainless steel, gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, cast aluminum alloy, brass, bronze, copper
Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impact Device and install it
2. Ensure that the specimen meets the minimum Film thickness, weight and surface roughness requirements
3. Align the hardness gauge vertically to the test point
4. Trigger measurement and read display results
5. Data can be automatically stored or output through the interface
Notice
• Specimen minimum test Film thickness: the thinnest 3mm or thicker (G-type Sensor requires Film thickness of 10mm)
• weight requirements: 5kg or more (2~ 5kg need stable support, < 2kg workpiece need to be coupled)
• Average surface asperity of the specimen: ≤ Ra10
• Test point requirement 1: radius (concave/convex) minimum 30mm or more
• Test point requirement 2: < 30mm requires support ring
• Test point requirement 3:5mm or more from the edge of the workpiece
• Allowable operating temperature: -20~ + 50 ℃
• Powered by 2 AA batteries
