Principle
Based on the principle of Leeb hardness, the impact force is applied to the surface of the material through the impact device, and the ratio of the rebound speed of the impact body to the impact speed is measured to calculate the hardness value, and the result can be converted into the common hardness formula of Miscellaneous.

Steps
1. Choose the Right Impact Device
2. Ensure that the specimen meets the minimum Film thickness requirements
3. Keep the surface roughness ≤ Ra10
4. Perform measurements at test points that meet radius and edge distance requirements
5. Read the display results
6. You can choose to store data or output it through the printer
Notice
· Specimen minimum test Film thickness: the thinnest 3mm or thicker (G-type Sensor requires Film thickness of 10mm)
· weight requirement: 5kg or more (2~ 5kg needs to be stably supported, < 2kg workpiece needs to be coupled)
· Average surface asperity of specimen: ≤ Ra10
· Test point requirements: minimum radius (concave/convex) 30mm or more (< 30mm requires support ring), 5mm or more from the edge of the workpiece
· Allowable operating temperature: -20~ + 50 ℃
Power Supply: Use 4 AA batteries or 4 1.25V rechargeable batteries
