Overview
The DGC DHT-400D Leeb hardness tester is a Portable hardness measurement device with a measurement range of 174-900HL, supports a variety of hardness system conversions, and is suitable for a variety of metal materials.
Features
1. measurement range 174-900HL
2. High Accuracy and indication repeability +/- 0.5% hardness value = 800HL
3. Meet the hardness ASTMA956 standard
4. Connect with the mobile phone or tablet through the APP software, and the data can be uploaded to the cloud for global sharing
5. Standard configuration D type Sensor, optional DC, DL, D + 15, C and G type Sensor
6. Based on Richter hardness, can be converted to Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers, Xiao and other hardness system
7. Full angle measurement, automatic recognition of measurement direction and angle, no need to set
8. Storage depends on the storage space of the user's mobile phone and tablet
9. Multilingual and multinational hardness conversion standards
Principle
Based on the principle of Leeb hardness, the material surface is impacted by the Impact device, and the ratio of the rebound speed to the Impact speed is measured to calculate the hardness value, and it is automatically converted into a variety of hardness formulas.
Applications
Steel and cast steel, alloy tool steel, stainless steel, gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, cast aluminum alloy, brass, bronze, copper
Steps
1. Connect the APP software to the mobile phone or tablet.
2. Select the appropriate Impact Device and install it
3. Align the device to the test point, automatically identify the direction and angle
4. Perform measurement, automatic data storage and conversion
5. Upload data to the cloud
