Overview
QIWEI JFS-3000 manual lift production Disperser is a multi-functional experimental equipment that integrates stirring, sand grinding and dispersion functions. It adopts a new frequency conversion motor and intelligent control technology, and has the characteristics of small size, low noise, brushless abrasion, environment-friendly, etc. Rotation speed is directly displayed digitally, which can provide accurate process data for large-scale production.

Principle
The equipment performs stepless speed regulation on the new frequency conversion motor through the smart frequency conversion controller to drive the rotating shaft swirl/spin. The rotating shaft can be installed with dispersed impellers or sand grinding discs as needed, and the material can be stirred, dispersed or sand ground by high-speed swirl/spin. Digital PID technology ensures accurate Rotation speed control, and users can calculate relevant process parameters through the displayed Rotation speed.

Steps
1. According to the needs of the test, select the appropriate impeller (dispersed impeller or sand grinding disc) and install it on the shaft with screws.
2. Place the material in the handling container.
3. Adjust the shaft height to the appropriate position through the manual lifting system.
4. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the variable frequency controller.
5. Observe and record the spindle Rotation speed and material handling displayed by the digital tube.
6. After the test, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
* Power supply voltage 220V 50HZ, consistent with equipment requirements.
* Processing capacity is about 100~ 150L, do not overload.
Please pay attention to safety during lifting operation to avoid pinching.
* Regularly check whether the connection between the impeller and the shaft is tight.
* Do not put your hands or foreign objects near swirling/spinning parts while the device is running.
Keep the equipment clean, especially the electrical parts, to prevent material contamination.
