Overview
The YONGLIDA NDJ-1 rotational viscometer is a Dial, concentric cylindrical rotational viscometer used to detect the absolute viscosity and rheological performance of oils and coatings. Its viscosity measurement range is 10~ 100000mp · s, with rotors 1~ 4, and the measurement Rotation speed is 6rpm, 12rpm, 30rpm, 60rpm, respectively. It can be selected according to the viscosity of the measured liquid and the Rotation speed.

Principle
The instrument is based on the concentric cylinder swirl/spin Measurement principle. When the rotor swirls/spins uniformly in the measured liquid, it will encounter a viscous resistance of the liquid, which is converted into a viscosity value by measurement and indicated by the hands on the dial.

Steps
1. According to the estimated liquid viscosity, choose the appropriate rotor and Rotation speed combination.
2. Install the selected rotor.
3. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be measured to the specified marking line.
4. Start the instrument to stabilize the swirl/spin at the set Rotation speed.
5. After the hands are stable, read the viscosity value on the dial.
Notice
• Before measurement, select the appropriate rotor and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity range.
• The depth of the rotor immersed in the liquid shall reach the specified marking line.
• Make sure the instrument is in a horizontal state during measurement.
Measurement accuracy of +/- 5% F.S.
• The rotor should be cleaned promptly after use.
