Overview
The NBD Mini Multi-Station Tube Furnace (Model: NBD-O1200-50IT-80) is a flexible, compact and cost-effective laboratory equipment. Its smaller furnace design ensures precise temperature control and Stability. Operating temperatures up to 1200 ° C, supports vacuum sintering, atmosphere protected sintering and various CVD experiments, and is equipped with a flange design for easy measurement of actual temperature.
Features
1. Compact size, saving laboratory space.
2. Equipped with 7-inch Touchscreen Chinese image interface, easy to operate and easy to use.
3. 15 sintered Linear dispersion can be pre-stored to avoid repeability settings.
4. Provide a graphical display of sintered Linear dispersion with temperature change to intuitively prevent setting errors.
5. Support remote control and data download through mobile phone or tablet.
6. The ingenious flange design is convenient for the measurement of the actual temperature of the sample in the tube, including the vacuum state.
Principle
The tubular furnace is heated by electric heating elements to the tubular reaction chamber in the furnace, up to 1200 ° C. Users can preset up to 15 temperature-controlled Linear dispersions through Touchscreen, and the system precisely controls the heating, holding and cooling process according to the setting program. The equipment supports operation in a vacuum or specific atmosphere environment to meet process requirements such as material sintering and CVD experiments.
Applications
Vacuum sintering, atmosphere-protected sintering, various CVD experiments
Steps
1. Conduct man-machine dialogue through the 7-inch Touchscreen Chinese interface, set or select the pre-stored temperature control Linear dispersion.
2. Place the sample in the furnace tube and connect the vacuum or atmosphere system as required.
3. Start the equipment and start the heating procedure.
4. Linear dispersion can be monitored via device interface or remote mobile device.
5. After the procedure, wait for the furnace body to chill down and take out the sample.
Notice
• Operating temperature is 1200 ℃, do not use over temperature.
• Power supply voltage (110V/220V) matches equipment requirements before operation.
• When operating in a vacuum or atmosphere environment, ensure good sealing.
• During and after high temperature operation, the temperature of the furnace body and furnace tube is extremely high, do not touch it directly, and pay attention to burns.
Do not make unnecessary movements or collisions while the equipment is running.
• Regularly check the equipment connection and sealing parts to ensure safe operation.
