Principle
The box furnace generates heat through high-purity silicon carbide heating elements, and the furnace is insulated by aluminum oxide fiber material to form a uniform high temperature environment. The Control system precisely measures the temperature through S-type Thermocouple, and performs precise temperature control according to the preset or real-time setting of "Time-Temperature Linear dispersion" to realize the sintering or heat treatment process of the material. The cooling system ensures the safe operation of the equipment through double-decked furnace shell and air cooling device.

Steps
1. Connect the 220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Select the Chinese and English Operating interface through the true color touch screen.
3. Select or set a new "Time-Temperature Linear dispersion" from the 15 pre-stored Linear dispersions as needed.
4. Start the equipment and start the heating process.
5. Real-time monitoring of "Time-Temperature Linear dispersion" dynamics through the screen.
6. After the process is completed, the equipment stops or enters the insulation stage according to the set procedure.

• Operating temperature is 1500 ℃, do not use over temperature.
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz before operation.
