The NBD M22 box furnace (model NBD-M1500-22IT) is a high-temperature sintering equipment with a comfortable design and easy operation. Principle
The box furnace generates heat through a built-in carbon U-shaped heating element, which heats the furnace composed of aluminum oxide fibers to a maximum temperature of 1500 ° C. The system is temperature controlled through pre-stored or real-time set sintered Linear dispersion, and the double-decked furnace shell works in conjunction with the additional Air-Cooled system to effectively dissipate heat to maintain a safe shell temperature. The furnace top vent helps to expel gases generated during the process.
Applications

Steps
1. Select or set the desired Sintering Linear dispersion through the touchscreen graphic interface.
2. Put the material to be processed into the furnace (size 220 * 220 * 260mm).
3. Start the equipment, the system will perform heating and temperature control according to the set Linear dispersion.
4. After the process is completed, the equipment is cooled down or naturally cooled down according to the procedure.
5. Remove the processed material.
