The NBD M22 box furnace (model NBD-M1700-22IT) is a high-temperature sintering equipment with a comfortable and smooth design. It uses a temperature-dependent sintered Linear dispersion display to solve the problem of wrong Linear dispersion settings, and can pre-store 15 sintered Linear dispersions, avoiding the trouble of repeability modification. Principle
The box furnace generates heat through built-in carbon heating elements (U/12/200/180/40, a total of 6), up to a maximum temperature of 1700 ° C. The heat is evenly distributed in the insulation furnace composed of aluminum oxide fibers to realize the heating or sintering of the material. The control system performs precise temperature adjustment and management through the pre-stored sintered Linear dispersion and touch screen interface, and the double-decked furnace shell works in conjunction with the Air-Cooled system to effectively dissipate heat to maintain a safe shell temperature.

Steps
1. Select or set the desired Sintering Linear dispersion through the touchscreen graphic interface.
2. Put the material to be processed into the furnace (size 220 * 220 * 260mm).
3. Start the equipment, the heating system starts to work, and the sintering Linear dispersion with temperature can be observed.
4. After the process is completed, the equipment is cooled according to the program, and the Air-Cooled device can be used to assist in heat dissipation.
5. After the furnace body is chilled down to a safe temperature, take out the material.
Notice
• When the equipment is working, the furnace surface temperature may still be high, do not touch it directly, although it is designed to be lower than 50 ° C.
When placing the material, make sure that it does not exceed the furnace volume (12.5L) and avoid direct contact with the heating element.
• When using the furnace top exhaust port, please ensure that the working environment is well ventilated.
• Device weight up to 180kg, install and move to ensure smooth ground and take appropriate safety measures.
