Overview
NBD NBD-O1200-100IT-150 is an open tube furnace with a maximum operating temperature of 1200 ° C. It is suitable for material sintering, heat treatment and other processes under atmosphere protection. Its core design includes a furnace tube with an outer diameter of φ 100mm and a length of 1000mm. The heating zone length is 440mm and the thermostatic zone length is 260mm. It has precise temperature control capabilities.

Principle
The tube furnace heats the furnace tube through an electric heating element, forming a uniform high temperature area inside the furnace tube. The user sets the temperature through the Touchscreen Linear dispersion, and the Control system precisely adjusts the Heating power to achieve the heating, holding and cooling process. The standard Gas flow rate meter can control the Flow rate of protective gases (such as nitrogen, argon, etc.) to create the desired atmosphere environment in the furnace tube, so as to meet the heat treatment requirements of the material in a specific atmosphere.

Steps
1. Check the equipment connection and gas sealing to ensure safety.
2. Turn it on through the 7-inch Touchscreen and enter the Chinese Operating interface.
3. Call the pre-stored Sintering Linear dispersion or set a new temperature program as needed.
4. Confirm that the temperature Linear dispersion graph is displayed correctly.
5. For atmosphere protection, connect the gas source and adjust the Gas flow rate through the Flow rate meter.
6. Put the sample into the furnace tube and close the furnace body.
7. Start the heating program and start running.
8. After the program is completed, remove the sample after the furnace temperature has dropped to a safe range.
Notice
• Operating temperature is 1200 ℃, do not use over temperature.
• Be sure to check the air tightness of the furnace tube and gas path before use to prevent gas leakage.
• When introducing protective gas, ensure that the gas type and Flow rate meet the process requirements.
• heating and high temperature operation, furnace surface temperature is very high, do not touch, pay attention to burns.
• Before the sample is taken out, wait for the furnace temperature to drop sufficiently to prevent burns or sample oxidation.
• Regularly perform maintenance inspections on equipment to ensure reliable electrical connections.
• The optional remote control module needs to be installed and configured correctly according to the instructions.
