Overview
The NBD-O1200-80IT-150 is an open tube furnace with a maximum Operating temperature of 1200 ° C. The device uses a tubular structure with a heating zone length of 440mm and a thermostatic zone length of 260mm. It is suitable for material sintering and heat treatment under atmosphere protection.

Principle
The tubular furnace is heated by an electric heating element, and the tubing material can withstand high temperatures. The user places the sample in the furnace tube, sets the temperature through the Control system Linear dispersion, and can pass protective or reactive gases as needed (Flow rate is controlled by the standard Flow rate meter) to heat treat the material under the set atmosphere and temperature program.

Steps
1. Set or call the pre-stored sintering temperature Linear dispersion through the 7-inch Touchscreen Chinese interface.
2. Put the sample into the furnace tube and seal the furnace body.
3. For atmosphere protection, connect and adjust Gas flow rate through standard Gas flow rate meter.
4. Start the heating program and monitor the temperature-dependent Linear dispersion on the Touchscreen.
5. After the procedure, take out the sample after the furnace body is chilled down.
6. (Optional) Operation and data download can be carried out through the remote control module.
Notice
• Operating temperature is 1200 ℃, do not use over temperature.
• When using the atmosphere, ensure that the gas path is connected correctly, the sealing is good, and pay attention to the safety of gas use.
• During and after the high temperature stage of the program, do not touch the furnace body to prevent burns.
• Before taking samples and performing maintenance, make sure that the furnace body is completely chilled down and powered off.
• Remote control and data download functions are optional, and additional modules are required.
