NBD NBD-O1200-50IT-150 is an open tube furnace with a maximum operating temperature of 1200 ° C. It is suitable for sintering and heat treatment of various materials under atmosphere protection. The device adopts a 7-inch Touchscreen Chinese image interface, which is intuitive and convenient to operate.

Principle
The tube is heated by an electric heating element, and the sample in the tube is heat-treated at a set temperature Linear dispersion. The standard Gas flow rate meter controls the flow rate of the shielding gas, providing the required atmosphere environment for the sintering process.

Steps
1. Set or select pre-stored sintering temperature via 7-inch Touchscreen Linear dispersion.
2. Place the sample in the furnace tube and connect the atmosphere protective gas line as required.
3. Gas flow rate meter and set into the protective gas.
4. Start the heating program and monitor the temperature Linear dispersion changes in real time through Touchscreen.
5. After the procedure, take out the sample after the furnace body is chilled down.
Notice
• Operating temperature is 1200 ℃, do not use over temperature.
• When using the atmosphere protection function, ensure that the air circuit connection is correct and free of leakage.
• Do not touch the heating area when the program is running and the furnace body is at high temperature.
• Before taking out the sample, make sure the furnace is sufficiently chilled down to a safe temperature.
• Optional remote control module needs to be purchased and installed separately.
