The NBD NBD-VA1500-16IT-D2Z vacuum atmosphere furnace is a device for heat treatment of materials. It is suitable for heat treatment of cemented carbide, ceramics, powder metallurgy in low vacuum, reducing or protective atmosphere, and can also be used for quenching, annealing and brazing of high-speed steel, alloy molds, soft magnetic alloys and other materials. The device centrally controls the intake air volume and Vacuum Level through the touch screen Control system, which is easy to operate. The furnace size can be customized according to user request.

Principle
The equipment performs heat treatment on materials in a low vacuum, reducing or protective atmosphere environment. When working, the touch screen Control system centrally adjusts the intake air volume and system Vacuum Level to create and maintain the required heat treatment atmosphere conditions for the materials in the furnace, so as to realize various processes such as quenching, annealing, brazing, etc.

Steps
1. Set and start the required Vacuum Level and air intake parameters through the NBD touch screen Control system.
2. Put the material to be processed into the furnace.
3. Start the equipment operation program and proceed with the heat treatment process.
4. After the process is completed, remove the material according to the procedures.
