Overview
The NBD VA1700-16IT-D2Z vacuum atmosphere furnace is a device suitable for heat treatment of various materials in low vacuum, reducing or protective atmospheres. It can be used for quenching, annealing and brazing of cemented carbide, ceramics, powder metallurgy, high speed steel, alloy molds, soft magnetic alloys and other materials. The intake air volume and Vacuum Level can be centrally controlled through the touch screen Control system, and the furnace size can be customized according to user request.

Principle
The equipment pumps the furnace to a low vacuum state through a vacuum system (the system vacuum can reach 100Pa), and can pass into a reducing or protective atmosphere through a two-way automatic intake Control system according to the process needs. Under the set atmosphere and Vacuum Level, the high-purity high-temperature heating element heats the workpiece in the furnace to complete the heat treatment process such as quenching, annealing, and brazing. The intake volume and Vacuum Level of the whole process are centrally controlled by the touch screen Control system.
