Principle

Steps
1. Select manual, automatic or thermostatic operation mode through the embedded touch screen Control system.
2. Set the microwave output power (0.2 to 1.4 kW continuously adjustable) and the corresponding temperature program according to the material characteristics.
3. Start the equipment, the microwave source starts to work, and the material is heated.
4. During the heating process, the gas generated can be quickly discharged through the corrosion-resistant exhaust channel.
5. After the processing is completed, the equipment is chilled down according to the program or shut down by the operator.

• The device needs to be connected to AC220V 50Hz power supply, and the input Power is less than 3kW.
• Ensure chilled down water supply meets requirements (Flow rate ≥ 0.6m ³/h, pressure 0.06~ 0.12 Mpa).
