The NBD NBD-B1700-16IT High Temperature Sintering Furnace is a compact, practical and aesthetically pleasing device with an electric labjack design that simplifies charging and enhances safety. The furnace cavity is circular in design, with heating elements distributed around, uniform temperature field, and three layers of crucible can be placed. The equipment is equipped with a carefully designed glue discharge hole to effectively treat the exhaust gas generated during the material sintering process.

Principle
The high-temperature sintering furnace heats the circular furnace cavity through heating elements distributed around it, providing a uniform temperature field environment. The material undergoes the high-temperature sintering process in the furnace cavity, and the generated exhaust gas is discharged through a specially designed rubber discharge hole. The temperature control of the entire sintering process is managed by the Touchscreen system, and the pre-stored sintering Linear dispersion can be performed. At the same time, it supports remote monitoring and operation through the WiFi module.

Steps
1. Charging by electric labjack.
