Overview
766 series Far infrared fast drying oven is a new type of automatic thermostatic drying oven with heating structure. It adopts Far infrared radiation heating drying technology and is equipped with a thermistor-controlled thermometer. It has the advantages of fast, low consumption and convenient adjustment, and has broad prospects in customer use.

Principle
This series drying oven heating element is heated by a nickel-complex aluminum heating wire in a silicon carbide far infrared radiation plate coated with metal oxide to generate a composite wavelength far infrared ray [above 2-15 microns]. When absorbed by the heated object, it is directly converted into heat energy, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid drying.

Steps
1. Connect Power frequency 220V; 2. Set Temperature range RT +~ 300 ℃; 3. Put the product to be dried or test sample into the studio; 4. Start the equipment for heating drying; 5. Monitor Temperature Fluctuation +/- 2 ℃ and temperature resolution 1 ℃; 6. Turn off the equipment after drying is completed.
Notice
• Make sure the Power frequency is 220V; • Temperature range does not exceed 300 ℃; • Note that the Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 2 ℃; • Check the Inner chamber material is 304 stainless steel before use; • Input power is 3.2Kw to avoid overload; • Regular maintenance of heating elements and temperature control system.
