It adopts strain gauge Sensor, stable time ≤ 5s, Operating Conditions are 5~ 40 ℃ and 50%~ 60% RH, equipped with RS232 serial port and calibrated weight, and supports a variety of functional operations.
Features
1. With peeling, weighing auto calibration, automatic clearing, zero automatic tracking and fault display and other functions
2. Counting function (point function), which can be easily used for counting Balance
3. International unit conversion function
4. Large LCD screen display
5. Equipped with RS232 serial port
6. Equipped with a calibrated weight
7. Strain Gauge Sensor
8. Standard calibrated weight
9. LCD screen display, can use dry battery operation, can be carried outside use
Principle
Electronic Balance is based on strain gauge Sensor technology. Sensor deformation caused by weighing objects is detected, converted into electrical signals and processed to achieve accurate weighing. Auto calibration and zero tracking functions ensure long-term stability, and the RS232 interface supports data transmission.
Applications
Laboratory, industrial weighing, counting applications, outdoor use
Standards
Accuracy class: III
Steps
1. Balance on a smooth surface, power on or install dry batteries
2. Wait for automatic clearing and stabilization after booting
3. Use calibrated weight for external calibrating (optional)
4. Place items in the pan for weighing
5. Use peeling, counting, or unit conversion functions
6. Connect external devices through RS232 interface (optional)
Notice
• Ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5~ 40 ℃ and humidity 50%~ 60% RH
• Check if Balance is placed horizontally before use
• Avoid overloading, Capacity does not exceed 5000g
• Regularly calibrate with standard calibrated weight
• Avoid liquids entering the equipment when cleaning
• Power frequency must meet~ 220V +/- 10% 50/60Hz requirements
