Overview
The Tianma TD100001 Electronic Balance is a High Accuracy weighing device with a weighing range of 10000g and a minimum weighing value of 0.1g, suitable for a variety of industrial and laboratory environments. It uses a strain gauge Sensor to ensure fast stability, stability time does not exceed 5 seconds, and is equipped with RS232 serial port for easy data transmission.

Principle
Electronic Balance detects the weight of the object through the strain gauge Sensor, converts the mechanical signal into an electrical signal, and displays the result on the LCD screen after internal processing. It uses auto calibration and zero tracking technology to ensure weighing accuracy, and realizes data output through the RS232 interface.
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth surface and connect the power supply.
2. Wait for auto calibration and clearing to complete after booting.
3. Place the object to be weighed on the pan.
4. Read the weight or counting results displayed on the LCD screen.
5. Use the peeling function to remove the weight of the container.
6. Connect external devices to transmit data through the RS232 interface.
Notice
- Ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5~ 40 ℃ and humidity 50%~ 60% RH.
Avoid use under vibration or airflow disturbance.
- Periodically calibrate with external calibrated weight.
- Do not overload, Capacity does not exceed 10000g.
- Keep the pan clean to prevent affecting accuracy.
- Power frequency must meet~ 220V +/- 10% 50/60Hz requirements.
