Overview
Tianma JPT-5A Trip Balance is a weighing equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, science and technology, schools and laboratories. The product is equipped with corresponding weight, the maximum range is 500g, and the accuracy is 0.5g.

Principle
The Trip Balance works on the principle of lever equilibrate. The mass of the object is measured by placing the object under test on one side of the pan and adding a standard weight on the other side until the beam reaches the equilibrate state.

Steps
1. Balance on a smooth surface.
2. Check whether the Balance is in the equilibrate state and adjust it to zero if necessary.
3. Place the object to be weighed lightly in the center of the left pan.
4. Use forceps to clamp the corresponding weight and place it lightly on the right pan from large to small.
5, by increasing or decreasing the weight until the beam pointer indicates the equilibrate.
6. Read and record the total mass of the added weight, which is the mass of the measured object.
7. After weighing, put the weight back into the weight box with forceps and remove the measured object.
Notice
• Place the Balance on a smooth, vibration-free countertop before use.
• When weighing objects and weights, handle them with care to avoid Impact pans.
• Do not exceed the maximum range of Balance (500g).
• Weight should be clamped with forceps, and it is strictly forbidden to take it directly by hand to prevent pollution or corrosion.
• Balance and dry to avoid contact with corrosive substances.
• When not in use for a long time, please keep it properly after cleaning.
