Tianma JPT-10A Trip Balance is an instrument suitable for weighing operations in industrial and mining enterprises, science and technology, schools and laboratories. The product is equipped with standard weight, the maximum range is 1000g, and the accuracy is 1g.

Principle
The Trip Balance works on the principle of lever equilibrate. By placing the test object and the standard weight at both ends of the Balance beam, when the beam reaches the horizontal equilibrate state, the mass of the test object can be determined according to the mass of the added weight.

Steps
1. Balance on a smooth surface.
2. Check whether the Balance is level and make adjustments if necessary.
3. Place the object to be weighed lightly in the center of the left pan.
4. According to the estimated mass, use forceps to add the corresponding weight to the right pan in sequence from light to heavy.
5. Observe the beam pointer, by increasing or decreasing the weight until the pointer points to the center of the ruler or the equilibrate mark, to reach the equilibrate.
6. Calculate the total mass of the right weight, which is the mass of the measured object.
7. After weighing, remove the object and put the weight back into the specified position in the weight box with forceps.
Notice
• Before use, check whether the Balance components are in good condition and ensure that the platform is placed smoothly.
• Weights and weights should be handled with care and placed in the center of the pan to avoid Impact.
• Can not directly take the weight by hand, should use matching forceps to prevent weight staining or corrosion.
• The mass of the said object shall not exceed the maximum range of Balance (1000g).
• Balance drying to avoid contact with corrosive substances.
