The HBO GZ-06 Glossiness Meter is a precision and lightweight gloss measurement instrument for fast and accurate measurement of a variety of surface glosses. The instrument is intelligently designed for easy portability, wide measurement range, good repeability, and supports data storage and multiple output methods.

Principle
The Glossiness Meter evaluates gloss by measuring the luminosity of light reflected from the surface at an angle of 60 °, using a precision Optical inspection system and intelligent processing technology, auto calibration and fast output measurement results.

Steps
1. Power on the instrument
2. Align the measurement port to the surface to be measured
3. Instrument auto calibration and measurement
4. Read and store measurement data
5. Output data to PC via USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth
Notice
* The operation temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, avoid using in environments beyond this range
* The relative humidity should be less than 85% to prevent the instrument from getting wet
* Powered by 4 AA batteries to ensure sufficient battery power
* Measuring Area is 7 * 14mm to ensure that the surface to be tested is flat and the size is sufficient
* Avoid operating in direct light or extreme environments to avoid affecting measurement accuracy
