Overview
YONGLIDA Visual Color Assessment Cabinet is used for visual Colorimetric and visual color scheme of coatings and pigments. It is also suitable for Miscellaneous industries such as printing, papermaking, enamel, ceramics, etc. Color observation is required. This device complies with GB/T 9761-1988 and ISO3668 standards.
Features
1. Equipped with a variety of Standard light sources: including daylight fluorescent lamps similar to CIE standard illuminator D65, UV fluorescent lamps and A light similar to CIE standard illuminator A.
2. Illuminant parameters are accurate: Daylight fluorescent lamp related Color temperature is 6500 +/- 300 ° K, color rendering index Ra > 95; A light related Color temperature is 2854 +/- 100 ° K, color rendering index Ra > 98; UV fluorescent lamp Color temperature is 340K.
3. Sufficient illumination: Under the D65 Standard light source, the illumination range is 1000-4000 lux, and the central position can reach 2000 lux.
4. Diffusion screen has good light transmittance: the average light transmittance coefficient is greater than 85%, ensuring that the rays of light are uniform and soft.
Principle
The Visual Color Assessment Cabinet simulates different standard lighting environments by building a variety of Illuminants that meet international standards, providing observers with stable, uniform and high color rendering Illumination conditions. Its diffuse screen can distribute the rays of light evenly, reduce shadows and glare, and ensure that the sample Color is accurately and consistently observed and compared under Standard light sources.
Applications
Coatings, pigments, printing, papermaking, enamels, ceramics
Standards
GB/T 9761-1988、ISO3668
Steps
1. Colorimetric samples are placed in the central observation area of the Color Assessment Cabinet.
2. Select the corresponding Standard light source (such as D65 daylight, A light or UV light) as needed.
3. Color of the sample is observed, compared or color schemed visually at the selected Illuminant.
Notice
Before use, make sure the device is placed smoothly and connected to a suitable power supply.
• Choose the Light source type correctly according to the observation requirements to ensure the accuracy of Color evaluation.
• Regularly clean the inside of the equipment and the diffuser screen to avoid dust affecting the uniformity of light and the observation effect.
Do not use this equipment in a humid or dusty environment.
When replacing the Illuminant, be sure to use the specified model that meets the technical parameters and is operated by a professional.
