Overview
The HNS-1 torque wrench verification instrument is HBO's special instrument for verification of various torque wrenches. The instrument adopts torque force value digital display, which is accurate and intuitive. It is equipped with a variety of mortise for easy clamping. Accessories can also be added to the parts and components for torsion test. This machine meets relevant national and international standards and is an ideal testing equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

10. Connect the host computer through a USB connection cable to read, store, analyze, and print real-time data.
Principle
The instrument applies torque to the connecting shaft through the manual swirl/spin torque loading hand wheel. The connecting shaft is connected to the square tenon of the torque wrench to be verified, thereby transferring the torque to the wrench. The Sensor detects the torque value and displays it digitally on the display. The length of the loading arm can be adjusted by the arm adjustment hand wheel to suit the testing needs of different wrenches.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply: Connect the power cord to the power interface (AC 220V/50Hz), and press the power switch to start the system.
2. Install the torque wrench: Use the appropriate connecting shaft to connect the sensor to the square tenon of the torque wrench.
3. Adjust the level and arm: Use the horizontal column to adjust the handle height of the torque wrench to the level, and adjust the loading arm to the desired length by adjusting the hand wheel through the arm.
4. Set parameters: Select or customize test items, test points, units, gravity acceleration and other parameters on the Touchscreen.
5. Apply torque: clockwise swirl/spin torque to load the hand wheel, apply torque to the torque wrench, and observe the real-time torque value and error displayed on the screen.
6. Data recording and output: After the test is completed, you can view the data through the screen, or print the test form data directly through the micro printer, or connect the computer through the Communication interface for data reading, storage and analysis.
Notice
• Make sure to use AC 220V/50Hz power supply and connect the power cord correctly.
• When clamping the torque wrench, make sure the connection is stable and use the horizontal column to adjust to the horizontal state.
When adjusting the length of the lever, pay attention to the direction of movement of the guide block to ensure that the lever is adjusted to the appropriate length.
• When loading the hand wheel with swirl/spin torque, apply torque smoothly and slowly to avoid Impact.
• Before testing, please set the test parameters correctly on the Touchscreen as required.
• Make sure it is firm when locking the limit block with plum screws.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench for use.
When connecting a computer for communication, make sure to use the correct data cable and install the corresponding driver or software.
