Overview
HNS-2 torque wrench verification instrument is a special instrument for verification of various torque wrenches produced by HBO. The instrument adopts torque force value digital display, which is accurate and intuitive. It is equipped with a variety of mortise for easy clamping. Accessories can also be added to the parts and components for torsion test. This machine conforms to relevant national standards and can be tested and provided data according to national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

9. Select the test location to set the gravitational acceleration value, and you can also customize the settings.
10. Connect the host computer through a USB connection cable to read, store, analyze, and print real-time data.
Principle
The instrument connects the Sensor to the square head of the torque wrench under inspection through the connecting shaft. The operator swirl/spin torque loading hand wheel applies torque, and the Sensor converts the torque signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and displayed digitally on the touch LCD screen. The length of the loading arm can be adjusted through the arm adjusting hand wheel to adapt to different specifications of torque wrenches. The test data can be printed directly through the micro-printer, or uploaded to the host computer through the Communication interface for further processing.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply: Connect the power interface to the AC 220V/50Hz mains power.
2. Boot start: Press the power switch, turn on the power supply, the indicator light is on, and the test system starts immediately.
3. Connect the wrench: Use the connecting shaft to connect the Sensor to the square head of the torque wrench to be tested.
4. Adjust the level: Use the horizontal column to adjust the handle height of the torque wrench so that it is level on the verification instrument.
5. Adjust the arm: Adjust the hand wheel through the swirl/spin arm to adjust the length of the loading arm to the desired value.
6. Set parameters: Select or customize test items, test points, units, gravity acceleration and other parameters on the Touchscreen.
7. Apply torque: clockwise swirl/spin torque to load the hand wheel, apply torque to the torque wrench, and observe the real-time data displayed on the screen.
8. Record and output: After the test is completed, the data can be viewed directly on the screen Indication Error and repeatability error, the test form can be printed through the micro printer, or the computer can be connected through the Communication interface for data reading, storage and analysis.
9. Shutdown: After the test, press the power switch again to shut down the system.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is AC 220V/50Hz before use.
• When connecting a torque wrench, make sure that the connecting shaft is firmly connected to the square head of the wrench.
• When adjusting the length of the lever arm, please adjust the hand wheel slowly swirl/spin the lever arm to avoid too fast or too hard.
• When applying torque, the swirl/spin torque should be loaded smoothly to avoid Impact load.
• Before testing, please adjust the horizontal column correctly according to the specifications of the torque wrench to ensure that the handle of the wrench is in a horizontal state.
• To move the limit block, use a tool to loosen or lock the plum screw.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench for use.
• When communicating with the computer, make sure to use the correct data cable to connect the Communication interface.
• Do not place irrelevant items on the instrument.
• Regularly maintain and calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
