Overview
HNS-5 torque spanne verification instrument is a professional instrument produced by HBO for all kinds of torque spanne verification (calibrate). The instrument conforms to JJG 797-2013 torque spanne verification instrument verification procedure and JJG707-2014 torque spanne verification procedure standard test method. It adopts electronic Sensor technology and has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity and reliable data.

Principle
The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, connects the square head of the Sensor and the torque wrench through the connecting shaft, applies torque through the torque loading hand wheel, and connects the shaft counterclockwise when swirl/spin hand wheel clockwise swirl/spin to realize torque loading and measurement.
Steps
1. Press the power switch to turn on the power, the indicator light is on, and the test system starts-up
2. Adjust the horizontal column to make the torque wrench handle level on the verification instrument
3. Use the arm adjustment wheel to adjust the length of the loading arm of the torque wrench
4. Set test parameters and checkpoints by touching the LCD screen
5. swirl/spin torque loading hand wheel for torque loading
6. Observe the test data on the display
7. Test data can be printed directly through the printer
8. Press the power switch to turn off the system after the test is completed
Notice
• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and electromagnetic interference
• Power frequency AC 220V 50HZ before use
• Adjust the horizontal column to keep the torque wrench handle level
• Correctly connect the torque wrench and the connecting shaft
• Pay attention to the swirling/spinning direction of the torque loading hand wheel when operating
• Regularly check whether the plum screw is locking the limit block
Make sure the data cable connection is reliable when connecting to the computer via USB
