Overview
HNS-10 torque spanne verification instrument is a professional instrument produced by HBO for all kinds of torque spanne verification (calibrate). The instrument conforms to JJG 797-2013 torque spanne verification instrument verification procedure and JJG707-2014 torque spanne verification procedure standard test method. It adopts electronic Sensor technology and has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity and reliable data.

Principle
The instrument connects the square head of the Sensor and the torque wrench through the connecting shaft, applies torque through the torque loading hand wheel, and connects the shaft counterclockwise swirl/spin when swirl/spin the hand wheel clockwise. Electronic Sensor technology detects torque value, and displays test data through touch LCD screen for two-way verification.
Steps
1. Press the power switch to turn on the power, the indicator light is on, and the test system starts-up
2. Use the horizontal column to adjust the handle height of the torque wrench so that it is horizontal on the verification instrument
3. Use the arm adjustment wheel to adjust the length of the loading arm of the torque wrench
4. Set test parameters and checkpoints through Touchscreen
5. swirl/spin torque loading hand wheel applied torque test
6. Review the test data on the display
7. Test data can be printed directly through the printer
8. Press the power switch to turn off the system after the test is completed
Notice
• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and electromagnetic interference
• Power frequency AC 220V 50HZ
• Make sure the torque wrench is level on the verification device before use
Connect the power interface and data communication interface correctly
• Use plum screws to lock the limit block
• Pay attention to the test direction display (counterclockwise +, clockwise -)
• Save the test project settings for direct loading and use in the future
