Overview
HNS-20 torque spanne verification instrument is a professional instrument produced by HBO for all kinds of torque spanne verification (calibrate). The instrument conforms to JJG 797-2013 torque spanne verification instrument verification procedure and JJG707-2014 torque spanne verification procedure standard test method. It adopts electronic Sensor technology and has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity and reliable data.

Principle
The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which connects the square head of the Sensor and the torque wrench through the connecting shaft, uses the torque loading hand wheel to apply torque, and connects the shaft counterclockwise swirl/spin when swirl/spin the hand wheel clockwise to realize the verification of the torque wrench. The test data is collected by the electronic Sensor and displayed in real time on the display.

Steps
1. Press the power switch to turn on the power, the indicator light is on, and the test system starts-up
2. Adjust the horizontal column to make the handle height of the torque wrench level on the verification instrument
3. Use the arm adjustment wheel to adjust the length of the loading arm of the torque wrench
4. Lock the limit block through the plum screw
5. Select or set test items on the touch LCD screen
6. swirl/spin torque loading hand wheel applied torque test
7. View test data in real time, including torque indication, indication relative error, indication repeability, etc
8. Test data can be printed directly through the printer
9. Connect the computer through the USB interface for data reading, storage, and analysis
10. After the test is completed, press the power switch again to turn off the system
Notice
• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and electromagnetic interference
• Power frequency must be AC 220V 50HZ
• The length of the torque wrench should be within the range of 180-420mm
• Make sure the equipment is placed horizontally before use
• Pay attention to the display of torque loading direction when operating (counterclockwise +, clockwise -)
• Regularly check equipment accuracy to ensure compliance with +/- 0.5% accuracy requirements
