Overview
HNS-50 torque spanne verification instrument is a professional instrument produced by HBO for all kinds of torque spanne verification (calibrate). The instrument conforms to JJG 797-2013 torque spanne verification instrument verification procedure and JJG707-2014 torque spanne verification procedure standard test method. It adopts electronic Sensor technology and has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity and reliable data.

Principle
The instrument connects the Sensor to the square head of the torque wrench through a connecting shaft, and applies torque through the torque loading hand wheel. When the torque loading hand wheel swirls/spins clockwise, the connecting shaft swirls/spins counterclockwise, and the Sensor detects the torque value and displays the test data in real time on the monitor.

Steps
1. Press the power switch to turn on the power, the indicator light is on, and the system starts-up.
2. Adjust the horizontal column to make the torque wrench handle level on the verification instrument
3. Use the arm adjustment wheel to adjust the length of the loading arm of the torque wrench
4. Set test parameters by touching the LCD screen
5. swirl/spin torque loading hand wheel applied torque
6. Review the test data on the monitor
7. Test data can be printed directly through the printer
8. Press the power switch to turn off the system after the test is completed
Notice
• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and electromagnetic interference
• Power frequency must be AC 220V 50HZ
• The length of the torque wrench should be within the range of 180-900mm
• Use plum screws to lock the limit block
A dedicated data cable is required to connect the computer via USB
• Equipment net weight 69kg, need to pay attention to safety when handling
